Under Delegates choose the ‘Send Delegate Email’ option.
Click on the ‘Send Delegate Email’ button.
If you want to send an email based on one you have previously sent, click on ‘Clone Email’ and select the email you would like to Clone.
Otherwise, scroll down and enter your Subject and Message. You can add dynamic content (such as [login_key] or [first_name]) to get user specific content.
We recommend changing Schedule to Yes and setting a date/time for the email to be sent.
Select Send to Selected Delegate (if you have selected certain people or used the filter option at the top of the page) or Send To All Delegate (to send to All delegates who are set up at the point you click it – note any new delegates added after this point will not get this email).
You can then review on the ‘Send Delegate Email’ page where you can see the status (it will say “Pending” until it is sent and then it will update to “Sent”). While still pending you can click on the red x under ‘Action’ which cancels the email so it won’t be sent.
