Registrations which have not met the “Approval Threshold” (whilst auto-approve is on), or that have been submitted whilst auto-approve is off, will be stored and will need to be manually approved or rejected.

First, head over to your selected conference in the menu on the left hand side.

Then, under delegates, find “Review Registrations”. When you click onto it, you will be taken to this page:

Yours may be empty, or it may be populated. This one is just an example.

On this page you can see:

Form Name - The name of the form the registrant used to register.

User Type - The type of front-end user they’re registering for.

Name/Email - Basic information from the form.

Weightage - The ‘weight’ of their form based on the fields they filled in.

Status - shows the status of that registration request (approved/rejected/pending).

Payment Status - This applies only to forms which have a payment option.

Action -
