Are you looking for a way to get event and/or app feedback from your app users?
This page is for you! Surveys allow you to ask the important questions based on the app or on your event. The surveys are their own page and will either sit in the main menu or the burger menu, so they’re hard to miss.
To set up a survey, first you’ll want to find the ‘Survey’ module in the global level and click ‘Add’.
When you click add, it will take you to the page where you name and describe your survey. This is how the app users will know what the survey is for.
Once you are happy with the name and description, click ‘Submit’.
After that, you will be taken to your list of surveys.
As you can see, there are a few buttons in the action column. These are what you will use to complete the set up.
The edit icon will take you back to the previous page, to edit the name and description of the survey.
The ‘Q’ icon will take you to the page where you set up the questions that you want to ask in your survey.
