If you’re on this page, it’s highly likely that you’re familiar with how the system works by now. You’ve also imported your sponsor reps, but there’s something you probably missed or made a mistake on. No worries - this page is for you. :)

The first thing you’ll want to do is head over to your list of sponsor reps, click ‘Mass Action’ and then find the ‘Export’ button.

When you click that, you’ll this pop up:

The greyed out boxes are the fields that are required, and so every export and import will need/have them. The empty boxes are there for you to pick and choose - what do you want to change about your sponsor reps? The boxes you pick are highlighted in blue.

Note - if the sponsor reps you’re updating have values under ‘Match Interest’ and ‘Aims’, make sure you pick those options and include them in the update. This avoids them being wiped when you do an update.

Once you’ve chosen all the fields you want to update, click ‘Download’.

Go ahead and open the download.

Your list of sponsor reps, and their information, will look like this.

From there, you can change the fields you need to change - just make sure you don’t change their ‘Sponsor Representative ID’.
