Categories allow you, as an admin, to control which delegates see specific sessions i.e. you can choose which sessions specific delegates can see. So, if you want this delegate to see this specific session, assign that delegate the same category as the category you have assigned to the session.

First, you will go to your conference and then find a tab labelled master management.

Once this has been selected you will see category in the dropdown.

You will then see your current categories and will have the option to add a new one.

Fill out the name and select the colour you wish to represent that category. Then click ‘submit’.
