If you are considering creating them, we recommend creating Categories, Match interests, Aims, and Industry sectors, before adding lots of delegates. This is because it’s more complex to mass update and may cause more problems. If you wanted to add in categories, aims etc. later, you would have to manually add them to each delegate afterwards, or do a mass CSV update.

Click on 'conference' and then find the name of your desired conference
Click on the name of the conference. You will then see a drop-down menu appear. Find and click on 'delegates'
After you click onto 'delegates' you then want to click 'add' which will open the add delegate page
Make sure you fill out: First name, Last Name and Email. Ensure that you set the delegates status as 'active' and that you set the type as 'registered'.
Once you're finished, scroll down and click 'Submit'
After you click onto 'delegates' you then want to click 'List' which will open the page with the list of delegates
